Regraphy is the method I developed to transform trauma into healing and growth.
The word comes from the Greek -graphy, which means not only “to write,” but also “to draw, to depict, to make visible.”

In Regraphy, we rewrite our inner narratives, but we also paint, draw, and map them. We trace the hidden curves of pain, the repeating patterns of loss – and we circle them, until they reveal their meaning. Once they are visible, they can be reshaped. What once felt fixed becomes fluid, open to transformation.

Regraphy weaves together creativity, systemic wisdom, and somatic awareness. It is not about erasing what happened, but about redrawing it – so that every wound begins to reveal its golden lining.
